Bacon Cheddar Ranch Swirls

Ranch dressing, bacon and cheese make these swirls a delicious baked appetizer for your next party or get together!

Ingredients
  • 8 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, dough thawed to room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 ounces butter, melted
Directions
  1. Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Combine rolls and roll into an 8 x 12-inch rectangle. Spread ranch dressing evenly over dough. Then sprinkle bacon, cheese and green onions over ranch dressing.
  2. Roll up jelly-roll style starting with the long side. Seal edge roll by wiping with water. Cut into 16 pieces and place cut side down on a large sprayed baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 350°F 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter.
