Bacon Cheese Nibbles

Bacon Cheese Nibbles are bursting with big bold flavors of cheddar and bacon. A great addition to any meal.

Ingredients
  • 20 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 12 pieces of bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 green onions, chopped
Directions
  1. Fry bacon until crispy, pour the bacon and grease through a strainer to catch the grease. Place the same pan back on the stove and using the grease left in the pan add the chopped green onions into the pan and sauté until fragrant. Turn off stove. Place melted butter into a 9×13 inch pan. Cut each roll into 4 pieces and arrange evenly in pan coating each piece in butter.
  2. Evenly distribute the bacon and onion across the rolls. Top with grated cheese. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let rise until double in size.
  3. Remove wrap. Bake at 350ºF 20-25 minutes.
