Ingredients
- 1 poblano pepper
- 1 cup crema
- 2 tablespoons lime zest
- 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt

- 1 tablespoon garlic powder

- 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
- 1 tablespoon adobo seasoning
- 1 tablespoon sazon completa seasoning
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 limes, juice of
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, plus more for garnish
- 1⁄2 cup thinly sliced scallion
- 4 brioche buns
