- 1 loaf Rhodes Bread, or 12 Rhodes dinner rolls
- 2 chicken breasts, chopped into bite-size pieces
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can green chilis and tomatoes
- 3 medium Yukon potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Cardamom
- 1 large yellow onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, diced
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
