Easy, Creamy Hamburger Stroganoff

"This easy version of stroganoff is so delicious. I have people beg me to make it for them when they come over for dinner. Hope you enjoy it!"

Ingredients
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • salt
  • pepper
Directions
  1. Brown hamburger in large skillet with onion and garlic.
  2. Drain out fat and add soup, sour cream, mustard and milk.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add salt and pepper for taste, and serve with egg noodles or rice
