- 1 eggplant
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup panko crumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 large fresh mozzarella ball, sliced into 12 slices
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 1 cup marinara
