Garlic Cheese Bubble Up

Buttery, cheesy pull-apart that is so so easy to make for a party or just for dinner.

Ingredients
  • 12 Rhodes White Dinner Rolls, dough thawed to room temperature
  • 2 Tbs butter, melted
  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Directions
  1. Line the basket of your air fryer with aluminum foil. Spray the foil with nonstick spray. (We used a 6-quart air-fryer.)
  2. Cut each roll into four pieces and place in the bottom of the basket.
  3. Drizzle with the butter. Sprinkle with garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Then cover with cheese.
  4. Cover the basket with plastic wrap and let it rise until double in size.
  5. Cover with foil. Bake in your air fryer at 325ºF for 15-20 minutes, checking often. Then remove foil for the last few minutes until golden brown.
