Ghost Doughnuts

These doughnuts are goolishly delightfully!

Ingredients
  • 12 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, dough thawed
  • vegetable oil
  • powdered sugar
Directions
  1. Roll out thawed roll into a 6 inch oval. Use a 3/4″ lid to cut holes for the eyes close together at the top. At the bottom use a 1″ lid to cut a mouth.
  2. Pour oil two inches deep into a small saucepan or electric fry pan and heat to medium high or 350˚F. Fry doughnuts on each side (about 15 seconds) until golden. Remove with a fork and place on paper towel to drain.
  3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with strawberry jelly.
