Grilled Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Make these grilled wraps that you can fill with all kinds of different fillings. The Buffalo Chicken filling is our favorite!

Ingredients
  • 12 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, dough thawed to room temperature
  • olive oil
  • 2-3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • crumbled blue cheese
  • ranch dressing, if desired
Directions
  1. Combine 2 dinner rolls. On a counter sprayed with non-stick cooking spray roll into an 8-10 inch circle. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat your grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  3. Combine shredded chicken and wing sauce; can be heated or served cold.
  4. Brush grill or grill pan with olive oil. Grill for about 1 minute on each side. Repeat with remaining rolls.
  5. Spoon chicken onto wraps. Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and drizzle with dressing, if desired.
