Homemade Cinnamon Rolls

What’s not to love about these tasty and oh so easy cinnamon rolls?

Ingredients
  • 1 loaf Rhodes Bread Dough Or 12 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, dough thawed to room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
  • Icing:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 Tablespoons milk
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
  1. On a lightly sprayed counter, roll dough into a 12×18 inch rectangle. Brush with melted butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over butter.
  2. Starting on long side, roll up jelly roll style. Cut into 12 equal pieces. Place in a 9×13 inch sprayed baking pan. Cover rolls with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double in size.
  3. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 15-20 minutes. Remove from pan and brush with icing while still warm.Icing: Combine powdered sugar, milk, butter and vanilla and mix well.
