Lemon Curried Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  • 4 lamb chops
  • 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1⁄2 ounces butter
Directions
  1. Combine lemon juice, curry powder, salt and sugar.
  2. Brush mixture over the chops and let stand for 2 hours to absorb the flavors.
  3. Heat the butter in a frying pan, cook until golden brown on both sides.
