Ingredients

- 1 shallot, diced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
