Moroccan Spiced Lamb Chops

"from today's paper this looks like another great weeknight meal"

Ingredients
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 1 pinch clove
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper (or use 2 tsp of ground mixed pepper)
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground cardamom
  • 1 pinch cayenne
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 8 lamb rib chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
Directions
  1. in a small bowl combine spices.
  2. sprinkle on both sides of lamb chops, save the rest for another dish.
  3. heat oil in skillet, add lamb and cook 5-10 minutes per side for med rare to medium.
