Shrimp and Asparagus Stir Fry Meal Prep
An easy stir fry that you can quickly prep ahead of time for the whole week! Simply add brown rice and you’re set!
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ½ pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
