Turkey Asiago Sliders

These sliders are the perfect way to get summer started.

Ingredients
  • 6 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, or any Rhodes Warm & Serve Rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup grated Asiago cheese
  • garlic salt
  • 6 slices deli turkey
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • mayonnaise and mustard to taste
Directions
  1. If using Rhodes Dinner Rolls, place dough balls on a greased baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap sprayed with non-stick spray. Let rise until double in size; remove plastic wrap. Carefully brush with butter. Sprinkle Asiago cheese on the top of each roll and season with garlic salt. Bake at 350 degrees F 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and slice each roll in half.
  2. For Warm & Serve Rolls, brush each roll with butter. Sprinkle Asiago cheese on the top of each roll and season with garlic salt. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-14 minutes. Cool and slice each roll in half.
  3. Spread the inside of each roll with mayo and mustard. Fill each roll with a slice of turkey and a slice of cheese. Secure each filled roll with a tooth pick, if desired.
