Turkey Pesto Panini

Turkey, mozzarella and pesto work to make this panini taste like it was made in a cafe.

Ingredients
  • 6 Rhodes Warm & Serve Soft White Rolls, prepared according to package instructions
  • Deli turkey
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Pesto
  • Fresh mozzarella
Directions
  1. Cut each roll in half and assemble with ingredients to your liking. Heat a grill pan on low-medium heat. Spray pan with nonstick spray or brush with butter. Place each sandwich onto the grill pan. Weigh down sandwich with a heavy skillet to flatten sandwich and assist in melting the cheese. Let grill for 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip sandwich and repeat process until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
