Volcano Pizza

Everyone will be amazed by the molten cheese volcano that they can dip their slice into on this tasty pizza.

Ingredients
  • 12 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1-2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheese dip/sauce
  • sliced pepperoni
  • or your favorite toppings
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF.
  2. Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Combine 12 Dinner Rolls and flatten/roll out into a 18-inch circle.
  3. Place dough over the top of a sprayed small ramekin in the center of a 15 inch pizza pan. Push dough down in the middle of ramekin to form a cup with the dough. Poke crust where topping go several times with a fork to prevent bubbles from forming.
  4. Fill center of volcano shape with cheese dip/sauce.
  5. Top outside of volcano space with pizza sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings.
  6. Bake at 450°F for 10-15 minutes. Remove pizza from oven and serve.
